LATE POLICY

As a courtesy to others, Be on TIME. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment you may be subject to change and reschedule your appointment. 
   

NO-SHOW POLICY
 
We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must cancel your appointment you provide at least 24 hours notice. This will enable us to schedule another person in that appointment slot.

Please be advised that there will be a $25 fee to those who either do not show up for their appointment or do not cancel within the 24 hour time frame in order to continue to book other services with our business.
